Security is foundational to a platform professionals rely on. This page summarises how we protect your account, your payments and the data in GreenPeak Debt Intelligence.

Encryption everywhere

All traffic to and from the Service is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure with encryption at rest provided by our hosting and database providers.

Payments handled by Stripe

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout and are never seen by or stored on our servers. You can manage or cancel your plan at any time through the Stripe billing portal.

Infrastructure

• Hosting — the application runs on Vercel’s global edge platform with automatic TLS and DDoS protection.
• Database — firm and account data is held in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) with row-level access controls and encrypted storage.
• Analytics — we use Plausible, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool, so we can measure aggregate usage without tracking individuals.

Access & account security

• Access to production systems is limited to the minimum necessary and protected by strong authentication.
• Subscriptions are single-seat; credentials should not be shared, and we monitor for anomalous usage.
• We apply security updates promptly and follow least-privilege principles for internal access.

Your data, your control

You can export your data, cancel your subscription, and request deletion of your account at any time. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
